Dr. Sara Ermeti is an Assistant Professor in Business at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ. Sara earned her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and brings over 30 years of hands-on senior-level experience in the human resources field in academia, and both private and not-for-profit industries in both union and non-union environments. While her career has focused primarily in human resource leadership, her experience also includes dual roles in marketing and as an adjunct faculty member and corporate trainer. With this, Dr. Ermeti has earned recognition with several marketing campaign awards. Sara Ermeti is also an entrepreneur and yoga teacher. In addition to her PhD, she holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana University, the American Institute for Paralegal Studies, and has CPRW and CPC certifications.
